Medical Malpractice Attorney Referral Rate
Ads by Boston-based personal injury law firm Lubin & Meyer, PC are using lawyer referral rate as a marketing metric. Their ad, which runs in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, states "80 percent of our cases are referrals from other attorneys because of our record of outstanding results." Lubin & Meyer, PC and founding partner Andrew C. Meyer have a record of success obtaining large jury verdicts and settlements. A recent example is a $3.25 million settlement in a medical malpractice case resulting in severe infant brain damage during delivery (see Mass. Lawyers Weekly's Verditcs & Settlements section, Sept. 22 issue). The firm's attorneys are admitted in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
